Beg, Borrow or Steal is a new range of luxury jeans for women, beautifully produced in high quality denim but mid-range prices that make them as affordable as they are desirable. The new range of denim wear consists of styles including ‘Carrie’ - the skinny jean, ‘Kelly’ – the straight leg and ‘Monroe’ – the shorts. Fittingly named after these iconic women the jeans are looking set to be the next fashion must-have.
Shaina Mirchandani, Brand Manager at Beg, Borrow or Steal first approached Prop Studios to help design and manufacture their stand for Fashion Press Week held at 1 Marylebone. This key industry event shows off the latest and leading brands and is attended by press, buyers and leaders and influencers from the industry. This key opportunity for Beg, Borrow or Steal to capture the limelight, lead Shaina Mirchandani to approach exciting, yet seasoned Prop Studios to help create a concept stand. The resulting space turned heads and really stood out from the crowd at this hugely successful event.
Alongside this exciting construction, Prop Studios were also tasked with creating a brand identity for Beg, Borrow or Steal. The resulting identity has a really modern feel, yet the look of an established brand that is confident, stylish and desirable. The logo will be used on both the product, in the form of leather patches and buttons, as well as the brand collateral and promotional materials.
Having really got under the skin of the brand, Prop Studios were also commissioned to manage and direct the photo shoot for the brand’s ‘look book’. This involved the art direction of the shoot, model casting and commissioning of the photographer, as well as all the re-touching. The shoot resulted in over 60 lifestyle and product shots that Beg, Borrow or Steal can use to further promote this new and exciting brand.
